📋 BOOKING & REFUND POLICY 1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial $500 USD advance payment is immediately non-refundable and non-transferable upon payment. This goes directly toward securing internal Indian airline seats, hotel rooms, and palace blocks. 2. Standard Cancellation Schedule: ● Cancellations made on or before 90 days of the retreat start date: Clients receive a 100% refund of any money paid to date (minus the $500 non-refundable deposit). ● Cancellations after 91 days: Absolutely no refunds or transfers can be issued under standard circumstances. At this point, 100% of international funds have been finalized and committed to operational partners in Thailand. 3. Force Majeure & Global Unforeseen Events Policy: In the event of unpredictable world disruptions—including but not limited to earthquakes, extreme weather, political instability, civil unrest, virus outbreaks, pandemics, acts of war, or any other international emergencies: ● If the event occurs prior to 60 days before the trip start date: Guests will receive a 50% refund of the total amount they have paid to date, minus the initial $500 USD non-refundable deposit. ● If the event occurs within 60 days of departure or during the trip itself: Strictly no refunds can be issued. At this point, all tour funds have been distributed to international airlines, hotels, and local ground operators and cannot be recovered by the agency. 4. Mandatory Travel Insurance: Because of the strict limits regarding global disruptions and late-stage cancellations, all guests are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The policy must cover trip cancellation, "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) benefits (highly recommended), medical evacuation, and travel delays. Proof of insurance must be submitted to our office by 90 days of retreat date. 5. Passport & Visa Compliance: Guests are entirely responsible for carrying a passport valid for at least 6 months past trip end date, and acquiring any applicable visas for travel. Refunds will not be granted if a traveler is denied entry due to improper visa paperwork.
